FibX lets AI agents trade through Fibrous.

A CLI and an MCP server that let AI agents quote, swap and transfer on Base, HyperEVM and Monad, and use Aave V3 on Base, through Fibrous routing.

Listed in the official MCP Registry as finance.fibrous/fibx

  1. “swap 0.01 ETH to USDC on Base”
    The agent asks FibX for a trade.
  2. policy
    Your signing policy is checked before every signature.
  3. simulate
    An optional dry run. Nothing is broadcast.
  4. you press Swap
    The agent never does.
  5. 89% direct · 11% via cbBTC
    Fibrous splits the order. Example route.
  6. 1 transaction

No wallet, no account

Try it now

npx fibx quote asks Fibrous for a route and prints it. It needs no wallet and no account.

Executing a trade needs one of the three ways to sign, described under Safety model.

Terminal
$ npx fibx quote 0.01 ETH USDC
✔ Quote ready
  input         0.01 ETH
  output        ~22.524249 USDC
  rate          1 ETH ≈ 2252.4249 USDC
  slippage      0.5%
  router        0x274602a953847d807231d2370072f5f4e4594b44
  chain         base

  → To execute: fibx trade 0.01 ETH USDC

Real output, captured 5 November 2026. Prices move by the second.

stdio · npx -y fibx mcp-start

Connect it to your agent

Claude Desktop, Cursor and Antigravity read the same JSON from their own config file. Claude Code takes one command.

Claude Desktop
claude_desktop_config.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "fibx": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "fibx", "mcp-start"]
    }
  }
}

Quit and reopen Claude Desktop afterwards.

Cursor

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "fibx": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "fibx", "mcp-start"]
    }
  }
}

Add it to the project, in .cursor/mcp.json.

Antigravity
~/.gemini/antigravity/mcp_config.json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "fibx": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "fibx", "mcp-start"]
    }
  }
}

The same JSON as Claude Desktop and Cursor.

Claude Code
Terminal
$ claude mcp add fibx -- npx -y fibx mcp-start

One command registers FibX as an MCP server.

The FibX app, inside the chat

In hosts that render MCP Apps UI, open_fibx shows the wallet, balances, signing policy and a swap form with the Fibrous route inline. Claude Desktop does this today. The model opens the app; the user presses Simulate and Swap, and the model never does.

    The model calls open_fibx

    The app opens in the chat with your wallet, balances and signing policy.

  2. 02
    You press Simulate

    A dry run previews the transaction without broadcasting it.

  3. 03
    You press Swap

    The policy is checked before the signature. Over WalletConnect, you approve on your phone.

Three signing paths
One local policy

Safety model

A

Three ways to sign

  1. your own wallet over WalletConnect, where every transaction is approved on your phone;
  2. a Privy server wallet;
  3. an imported key, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
B

A local signing policy the user owns, enforced before every signature on all three paths

  • a cap on the native-token value (ETH, HYPE, MON) of each transaction, per chain;
  • allowed chains;
  • allowed destinations;
  • an expiry.

Token amounts are bounded by the allowed destinations, not by the value cap. A lapsed policy refuses everything.

C

Simulate is available, not automatic.

Every write tool supports a simulate dry run that previews the transaction without broadcasting it. In the FibX app, Simulate and Swap are buttons the user presses.
